Evergreen Retire features contemporary apartments. Our completely furnished living quarters are fully carpeted. Our Suites feature: air-conditioning, heating, private closets, storage, drawers, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. You are welcome to decorate the apartment and make it your home in every way.
